Job Description
As our clients want to switch to ResNexus for credit card processing, as a credit card processing specialist, your main focus will be to help them match the switch. They enjoy a lower, more affordable rate for accepting credit cards at their business.
Previous experience in the credit card processing industry is a big plus.

Requirements:
- Past credit card processing experience is a bonus!
- Previous technical customer training and support.
- Proficient with computers (Word, Internet, email, etc.). 60 - 80 WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; You will spend most of your day on the phone or replying to emails.
- Well organized and able to multitask; Servicing hundreds of accounts is often a juggling act from answering the phones and emails to scheduling training times. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Able to work well under pressure; With high call volumes and the occasional upset clients, you must be able to reduce tension and solve problems.
- Available to work on site in Salem, Utah.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- A four-year degree is a plus.
