What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Litigation Attorney (5+ Years') position at Resnick & Louis, P.C.?
Resnick & Louis, a national insurance defense firm, is seeking attorney with at least 5 years of experience to assist on caseload consisting of insurance coverage as well as general insurance defense litigation in our Denver office.
Must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Prior insurance defense experience required.
Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
