Client Concierge

Job Summary:

Client Concierge is responsible for providing a seamless positive professional experience. She/he will be the initial point of contact for most clients via phone, email, web inquiry, and/or chat and/or “in-person” and must greet them with a smile and enthusiasm. The Concierge will be responsible for answering inquiries, converting potential clients into appointments or purchases; scheduling and confirming appointments; and ensuring their information is complete in our patient portal. In addition, checking clients in and out and pre-booking their next appointment, and following up with clients as requested by providers. She/he will educate clients about our memberships, loyalty, referral programs, and any appropriate promotions to benefit the client experience. The Client Concierge will be responsible for the staging, cleanliness, and optics of You Only Younger with a primary focus on shared areas but not limited to these.

This position reports to the Director.

Job Goal:

To create an unparallel service experience through all forms of communication (in-person, phone, email and/or web inquiry and/or chat) resulting in an appointment and/or purchase.

· Able to adapt quickly to the needs of the dynamic business (think on “one’s feet”)

· Intuitively knows when to seek assistance from others to deliver the best client experience.

· Able to use good judgement to do “what is right” on behalf of the client first, then business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Graciously manages client flow experience throughout You Only Younger from the initial interaction.

· Greet and welcome clients with a smile promptly with all modes of communication (face-to-face, phone, emails, web inquiry, web chats, etc.)

· Responds to/Follows up with clients in an urgent manner (less than 24 hours)

· Manage and provide solutions to clients’ concerns and questions professionally and courteously.

· Establish and cultivate genuine relationships with clients and team.

· Has a general knowledge of all procedures and products to promote, recommend and answer questions.

· Works independently when required.

· Confidently manages clients’ concerns, answers broad questions and educates on treatments and products.

· Provide feedback (positive and negative) to the team and management promptly.

· Assist other team members when they may need assistance.

· Attends and actively participates in team meetings and training.

· Takes initiative to complete tasks that assist in the overall business (i.e., cleanliness and appearance, housekeeping, inventory tasks, unpacking/packing shipment, organizing stock rooms/areas, etc.)

· Always communicates with integrity.

· Be self-aware and aware of surroundings and adjust behavior accordingly.

· Support and exemplify the You Only Younger…. Beauty, Health, Healing culture. Be the best version of yourself through subtle modifications to give you a greater sense of self confidence, beauty, and wellness.

· Use good judgement always.

Experience Required

· 1-2 years client/patient care experience in beauty or medical industry

· Proven record in sales

· Self-starter, articulate, a quick thinker, multi-tasker, meticulous, and confident.

· Team Player

· Excellent customer service skills and a caring personality

· Strong ability and willingness to learn about aesthetics, wellness and integrative medicine procedures and terminology.

· Excellent computer and math skills

· Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· would be highly desirable.

· Social media experience and knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

  • EMR experience preferred

Compensation

Based on experience

Full Time, Non – Exempt, Hourly Retail Commissions Pay Period Bonus Opportunity

Schedule

40 hours per week

Monday – Saturday Availability

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 – 5:00/5:15

Thursday 9:30 – 7:00/7:15

Saturday 8:30 – 3:00/3:15 (occasional Saturday may be required)
