How You Can Impact Our Business:
Purpose of the role is to help drive digital adoption among Resolution Life Australasia customers and advisers through delivery of enhanced user experience on our digital assets.
Role responsibilities
- Manage and Lead our UX transformation
- Uplift digital adoption rates through delivery of quality digital experience for our customers in both authenticated and non-authenticated environments
- Drive and deliver digital user experience aligned to the Resolution Life CX principles and target state (customer self-service interactions, use of chats, navigate digital portal, digital self-service projects)
- Improve site design for Customer portal (use of chats, navigate digital portal, digital self-service)
- Audit UX Space provide insight for gaps, improvements, revisions & redundancies
- Lead - lose community practice/coalition of the willing
- Technical stake: Jira, Confluence & Wireframes, AWS, Salesforce, influence tool kit
- Experience with Customer research & testing, UX testing & user testing, Creative design/design capability, Customer journey templating
- Digital concept development and design prototyping
- Validation of ideas through user testing and research
- Continuous improvement and optimization of digital journeys and experience
