RMC is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support corporate operations in Lexington Park, MD.
- The Human Resources Generalist will manage HR related administrative operations and work closely with employees to establish a relationship as a Human Resources representative.
- Primary duties will include, but are not limited to: benefits administration, on-boarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, addressing personnel concerns, responding to general HR inquires, providing guidance and assistance on performance management, HR/Payroll system administration, providing recruiting assistance, ensuring ongoing compliance with respect to EEO and OFCCP regulations, and working with the Director of Human Resources to implement new policies, processes and procedures.
- The HR Generalist will perform various administrative tasks as needed.
