Sr. Service Desk Lead

RMC is hiring a IT Sr. Service Desk Lead in Crane, IN.  The selected applicant will be responsible for:

• Management of Service Desk tasking and staff.
• Supporting ticket management, assignment, and escalation from Tier 1-3 using a ticketing system.
• Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment.
• Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.
• Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Analysis of service desk performance data and metrics.
• Ensuring all solutions are documented in the on-site knowledge management system.
• Assisting with onboarding of new users.
• Encourage creativity and new process ideas
• Oversee day to day operations

A minimum of Three (3) years of experience leading a service desk or comparable technical team in Customer Service and Technical Support role and must hold Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Baseline Qualifications for DoD 8570 IAT II or greater (Sec , CASP, CISSP).

Security Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
