What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Lead position at Resource Plus?
A National store setup and merchandising company is looking to fill several permanent Crew Lead positions.
Requirements of the position include:
- Full-time, nationwide travel
- Experience with both the fixture and merchandising aspects of new store setups, store remodels and major resets in home improvement retail chains
- 3 years experience preferred in leading successful projects
- Skills to lead crews ranging from 4 to 20 people
- Ability to understand and execute store fixture floor plans and merchandise planograms
- Good personality and verbal skills to drive team execution and interact with client representatives in a professional manner
- Computer skills are expected; experience in Microsoft Excel is a plus
