Insurance Account Specialist

Your role... 
We are seeking a passionate Insurance Account Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone who understands building client relationships and is committed to providing incredible service to our clients and customers. You will provide crucial support to our clients and our service delivery team by processing requests and responding to inquiries timely.

You will be.. 

• Builds relationships with the clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth. 
• Operate client systems and process insurance tasks (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, quoting, etc.)
• Identify, create, and improve processes to complete daily tasks and get things done for your customers
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and optimize turnaround time
• Thoughtfully and accurately handle questions and concerns via phone, chat, and email
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
• Collaborate with our diverse, global teams to meet client needs and accomplish tasks

• Living in Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone
• Property and Casualty License highly preferred. Or ability to study and successfully pass the Property and Casualty licensing exam for your state in the first 30 days of employment is required
• 1 years insurance experience preferred
• 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)

Your Compensation… 
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $17.46-$30.29 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
