ReSource Pro is looking for a customer-centric Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR Team! This individual is a key member of our Talent team responsible for ensuring that candidates and hiring teams have an exceptional experience during the hiring and onboarding processes. This role will partner across the organization to identify, engage, and select the high-quality talent we need to grow our teams in Lincoln, New York, and across the US. In addition to daily recruitment and onboarding, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support and lead various projects that contribute to and improve the Talent Acquisition function and goals. We’re seeking a partner who understands the importance of building relationships and crafting an incredible candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire full life-cycle recruitment process for roles across the US
- Partner with hiring managers to fully understand positions and define the selection process
- Screen candidate resumes for alignment with position requirements and coordinate, schedule and complete interviews with candidates
- Utilize sourcing skills to search for passive candidates and build future candidate pipelines
- Evaluate candidates, make recommendations, and support the offer process with hiring managers
- Coach and train hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices
- Plan and coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure an excellent new hire experience
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and team functions
- Collaborate across the organization to conduct recruitment, onboarding, and project work
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, including social media, employer branding, and campus relations
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in human resources
- 3 years of experience focused specifically on Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy
- 3 years of experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles at a variety of entry up to director-level positions
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong candidate interviewing and evaluation skills
- Team player, customer-centric mindset, and exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Technology master skilled in hiring assessment platforms, applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and Excel
