Immediately Hiring Assembly Associates for automotive supplier located in New Hudson, MI.
$18-$21 an hour
Temp to Hire
Shifts Available:
- A: 6a- 6pp Monday to Friday OT sundays when needed
- B 6a-6p Monday to Friday OT Saturdays when needed
- C: Fri -Sat A shift, Sun-Mon B shift OT weekends when needed
Assemblers Job Duties:
- Automotive Production for Ford,
- Operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous processing operation.
- Producing parts to form complete units at a bench or workstation.
- May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or activated power or special assembly tools.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Basic Math
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to read blueprints/drawings
- Hand eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic computer skills
Job Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshoot issues
- Meet production standards
- Work in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
- Inspection of product
- Experience with electronic assembly, a plus
