ResourceMFG in Bloomington, IN is hiring Maintenance Technicians
Shifts Available
- 1st or 3rd shift – $22.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- 1 year or greater experience in working with tools and equipment in the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.

Responsible for the safe and efficient repair, preventative maintenance and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes.
- Communicating issues to team members and management.
- Knowledgeable of process flow, computerized equipment and have an awareness of hazards and execute per SOP.
- Plant operations may require to work a 12 hour shift as needed.
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out functions.
- Maintain a clean facility and follow all sanitation requirements.
- Keeping the plant safe by fostering a culture of safe behavior.
- Maintaining all plant equipment per company procedure.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma/degree/equivalent
- Good communications skills
- Must be adaptable to changing procedures; ability to learn new procedures due to changing products and technology.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Walking up to 3 to 5 miles per day.
