Performance to Hire opportunity!!!
Work Monday through Friday
– 1st shift – 6:30am to 3pm
– 3rd shift – 10pm to 6:30am
$16 an hour based on shift and position
Responsibilities
- Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and more according to directions.
- Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
- Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
- Check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alerts line supervisor.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- This role will work Monday – Friday from 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Hand-assemble components into printed circuit boards
- Load electronic boards onto wave solder machine.
- Hand-solder components on boards.
- Perform various board, bracket and label assemblies.
- Mask and unmask parts for conformal coating.
- Test circuit board assemblies.
- Program microcontrollers.
Requirements
- General knowledge of production.
- Experience with small hand tools.
- Excellent hand eye coordination.
- Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Prolonged periods of standing (up to 8 hours) and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
- Lifting up to 25lbs.
- Ability to reach overhead, stand, stoop, and squat as needed.
- Wear required PPE.
