What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at ResourceMFG?
ResourceMFG is hiring Production Operators we can train to work with precision ceramic products. These Production Operators will learn to operate machines used for processing ceramic wafers, perform final inspections, and do data entry. We are looking for individuals with a great work ethic who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.

Production Operator Duties Include:
- Operates equipment that cleans surface of ceramic wafers.
- Reviews work orders to determine processing steps.
- Places containers of ceramic wafers into drum of cleaning machine or into heated sinks of solutions in cleaning station to remove dust, oil, wax, slurry, or debris from surface of wafers.
- May also load containers of wafers into scrubbing machine that brushes and sprays contaminants from wafers and dries wafers.
- Data entry.
