Present resume On-site Verbal interview (must have welding gloves & helmet ) Working interview and provide a welding sample.
1st shift – Monday-Friday (Occasional Overtime) 1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
Starting Rate at $21.00
Job Responsibilities:
• Type of welding is MIG, TIG for Aluminum and stainless steel.
• Must have basic shop skills/ shop math/know measurements. Any additional experience in grinding or drill press is a plus but not needed for the welder positions.
• Bilingual Spanish/ English ok.
• Set up and operator assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department.
• Cleanings and inspecting of all parts.
• Complete proper paperwork per station.
• Keep work area safe and clean.
• Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor/lead.
• Other jobs as assigned. Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
Interview requirements: Please bring with you your Helmet, Welding gloves, Welding Jacket, Chipping hammer and, (if available a grinder)
PPE - Welding Jacket, Gloves, Helmet, Steel Toes
Interview Details: Please be prepared to weld a sample for your interview. Interview duration is anticipated to be about 30 mins long. Please report to your interview on time and as scheduled. Interview requirements: Please bring with you your Helmet, Welding gloves, Welding Jacket, Chipping hammer and, (if available a grinder)
- Minimum 12-24 months relevant MIG welding experience
- Attention to detail

- Able to read blueprints/drawings
- Hand eye coordination and dexterity
