How Will You Make An Impact
RHD is seeking an Office Manager for our expansion into a new location in Germantown! Office Manager will support the fiscal administration and operation of the program, ensure 24 hours coverage of the program, and work directly with our Life Skills Professionals through scheduling, training, modeling, and supervision. Additional daily responsibilities include participation in team and treatment meetings and supporting the housing process for our residents. This is an exciting mix of administrative, supervisory, and direct care duties and the candidate will have an opportunity to build their team as we open a new location!

Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensure24/7 program coverage through the creation of a staffing schedule and securing coverage for vacations and call-outs
- Participation in the on-call rotation
- Participation in fiscal administration through assistance with billing, paying program bills, ordering supplies, and managing the program budget
- Maintain employee files
- Offer values-based supervision to direct care staff through monthly staff meetings and individual supervision
- Support the hiring process through interviewing, completing paperwork, orientation, and training new staff
- Ensure the safety of all residents and staff through implementation of safety procedures
- Implementation of program policies and procedures in accordance with DDAP regulations
Required Experience
- 2 years of Direct Care Service experience in drug and alcohol treatment is required
- One year of supervisory experience
Required Education
Required Qualifications
- Computer knowledge including email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and willingness to be trained in use of electronic health record
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Appropriate candidates will be compassionate, caring and enthusiastic about our mission, and will possess the desire to interact with staff and residents creatively through modeling, teaching, assisting, and listening. This is a fast paced environment where communication, follow through and team work are crucial skills for all employees so that we can be successful in our service delivery. Understanding of substance use/addiction and trauma informed care is necessary for this position.
Program Summary
Located in Germantown, Womanspace Philadelphia is currently a 10-bed residential facility for women and will be expanding to a second location to serve a total of 22 women with a history of chronic homelessness. We offer a range of services from assessment and withdrawal management through treatment and connection to supportive housing and strive to provide a restorative and healing experience for the individuals that come through our doors. WSP provides evidenced based treatment from a Recovery Model perspective.
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within4 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters."
