The PC is a savvy IT professional with proven, effective client and written communication skills, which serves as a trusted advisor to potential and current clients and decision makers, providing complex Enterprise Information Technology and Technical/Software/System Engineering consultation, expertise, guidance, and resources for client needs and solution success. The PC partners with the business development team and solution architects on developing business opportunities, technical options and solution components.

Leadership Qualifications
- Serves as a technology thought leader.
- Solicits client pain points, short- and long-term goals, develops and presents technical strategic IT solution plans.
- Analyzes complex ideas to build a range of meaningful recommendations and write proposals to specific RFPs.
- Proposes solutions in keeping with known parameters, including schedules and budgets.
- Participate in all phases of the Opportunities Capture process, including meetings, negotiations, responses, proposals, solutions, teaming, recruiting, pricing, presentations, and transitions as required.
- Support and input on RESPEC/DTS path to compliance with Federal requirements, e.g., FARs, DFARs, CMMC, CMMI, etc.
- Develop DTS business unit marketing, white papers, success studies and presentations.
- Provide input to RESPEC multi-Business Unit opportunities, in the pursuit of innovative technology professional services.
- Collaborates and consults with technical teams and staff, to cultivate skills, knowledge and enable their growth.
- PC produces written information for white papers, proposals, websites, marketing or conference materials and collateral.
- Initiates and sustains high quality partner and agency client relationships and communications.
- 10 years of experience in client-facing IT programs, consulting
- 5 years of experience documenting and writing technical information, proposals, collateral.
- 5 years of working experience as a solution or technical architect
- Experience preferred in Health IT, including Electronic Healthcare Records custom and/or COTS systems and their operations.
