Position Summary:
Responsible for qualifying incoming leads who reach out by phone, email, website, and live chat. Also performs some lead generation by identifying, researching, and qualifying new opportunities weekly. Initiates contact with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offers appropriate services and solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Qualifies and engages with warm inbound leads
- Performs lead generation by identifying key contacts in relevant industries
- Updates CRM as you communicate with clients and move them along the sales funnel
- Quotes rates for new services accurately
- Works closely with operations and account managers in the account design & workflow
- Meets established productivity goals based on revenue and retention
- Occasional travel for large prospects and trade shows
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- E-commerce fulfillment/3PL experience is required
- Superb communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Consultative selling
- Ability to multi-task, and make decisions independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
