What you will do
We are looking for a Restaurant Brand Ambassador who will play a pivotal role in bringing on restaurant facilities, their equipment, and all warranty information onto the ResQ platform, setting our customers up for long-term success. You will be compensated at a rate of $50 for every restaurant you onboard (30 min-1 hour of work).This is a part time position that allows you to work when it’s convenient for you!
As a Restaurant Brand Ambassador at ResQ you will be contributing in the following areas:
- Travel to local restaurants: You will be responsible for going to restaurants and adding the ResQ barcode to kitchen equipment. It’s that easy!
- Professional attitude: You demonstrate a professional attitude when interacting with restaurants, the operators, and customers on-site. As the face of ResQ, you’ll represent you’ll deliver ‘WOW’ experiences at every restaurant you onboard.
- Attention to detail: Detail matters and you invest the time upfront to make sure you get it right the first time, and aren’t afraid to ask questions if there’s something you’re unsure of.
About you
- A willingness to travel throughout your city

- You are comfortable working in, and around, multiple restaurants, every day.
- Must be tech savvy and feel comfortable using a smartphone to navigate through our app
- You have a high level of comfort communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendors - our customers and vendors are busy running their businesses and you should be comfortable dealing with them
- You take Extreme Ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating principles
- You are not shy or afraid to take on new challenges, in fact you find yourself looking for them
- You are open to transparent feedback as we encourage open dialogue and provide candid feedback to help each other succeed
- You have a deep level of empathy towards people and are genuinely interested in understanding others' problems
- Experience in the restaurant industry would be considered an asset
- Although not mandatory, it would be great if you had access to a vehicle
