Job Description
Our growing Fast Food franchisee is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, Fast Food restaurants.
Our Restaurant Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for the following tasks:
• Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventor
Our Restaurant Managers are also responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. A Restaurant Manager with our company, ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. In addition, the Restaurant Manager will manage all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- 3 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment preferably in a Fast Food restaurant
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
Desired Skills
- Three years experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
- Valid Driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
