Commercial-Focused, Sales Professional with a Regional Commercial Book of Business (especially with PROPERTY MANAGERS).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Commercial-Focused, Business Developer: B2B, Sales Professional who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business. Property Manager BOB is highly desired!

You are a highly skilled, and successful hunter who has developed relationships with decision makers. You possess an energetic and engaging personality, and are self-motivated, and very comfortable meeting new people! You possess excellent communication skills, have superb interpersonal skills, are highly organized and able to multitask! If this describes you, YOU WILL THRIVE IN OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Your primary focus will be selling our full-service (Mitigation and Reconstruction) insurance restoration services (Fire, Water, Wind, Mold, and Contents) to Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities and other Commercial End-Users on a National scale.

COMPENSATION:

· This position offers a base salary and commission structure.

· Benefits include full benefits and tools you need to be successful.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) five or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Book of Business with Property Managers (highly desired), Assisted Living Communities, Universities, Schools

· Track record of commercial outside sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations

· Build customer relationships and rapport by discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation

· Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue

· Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers

· Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
