As the Operations Manger, you’ll oversee both the Mitigation and Reconstruction departments. You will manage the day to day operations and employees with a focus of customer experience and profitability.

The ideal candidate excels at people management and is experienced in the restoration industry. Also open to candidates with management experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surpass targets for client satisfaction, quality ratings, and profitability
• Ensure optimal production capacity through adept staffing and resource management
• Craft the annual Operations budget as part of strategic planning
• Maintain seamless flow of production documentation
• Set strategic goals and objectives for Operations
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff
• Assess and manage subcontractor requirements and evaluations
• Monitor financial and operational performance at all levels
• Manage inventory and oversee equipment maintenance
• Facilitate smooth management succession within Operations
• Implement cutting-edge technology for service delivery
• Oversee hiring and discharge of operations personnel
• Drive strategic goals for Operations
• Authorize purchases within budget parameters
• Set criteria and performance standards for subcontractor selection

Requirements:

• Experience managing a construction or restoration department or branch
• Experience with budgeting and
• Excels at people management: developing, coaching and leading
• Possesses integrity, leadership and strong values
