Assistant General Manager:

Your natural ability to motivate others and always keep the “big picture” in mind will make you an exceptional fit as our Assistant General Manager. You are a superior problem-solver, and that makes you great at managing the wide variety of responsibilities which include general store operations, best-in-class customer service, health and wellness education/training for team members, and much more. As Assistant General Manager, you will take the initiative to drive and maintain the Restore culture within your location. Holding yourself and others accountable comes natural to you and will be important as you collaborate with team members and medical staff in the management of daily tasks and client interactions all while ensuring excellent customer service is being provided to all Restore clientele.

  • Strong experience in a sales role
  • Leadership experience preferred

What you’ll do as the Assistant General Manager:

  • Serve as a high performing member of the Restore sales and service team, leading by example through generation of sales leads, hitting or exceeding revenue forecasts and targets, and ensuring client needs are successfully met.
  • Coach and mentor new team members through sales training to ensure sound understanding of Restore’s services and sales closure process.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided and educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer 
  • Involved in the location’s hiring, training, and development of staff
  • Provide conflict resolution for the location with both customers and employees
