Job Title: Full-Time Scheduler
Employment Status: Full-Time
Position Summary:
To provide the highest level of customer and referral satisfaction as related to scheduling in-services. This position will also support the sales and tech reps in the field.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enter data into the computer.
- Making 1st, 2nd and 3rd calls for scheduling in-services and fittings/bracings.
- Answering incoming phone calls, both direct and shared phone lines.
- Responding within 30 minutes to all voicemails, unless at lunch.
- Equipment pickup calls to be made every Tuesday and Thursday. This includes 1st time calls along with patient calls that have been unresponsive.
- Keeping master protocol sheet updated.
- Collecting credit card payments from patients at the time of scheduling the in-service.
- An expectation of answering 25 phone calls per day.
- Making 35 outbound calls per day is expected, along with a blend of scheduling and pickup calls in the mix.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Two years of reception experience (or equivalent customer related ability)
- Prior scheduling experience
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
