Results Repeat helps businesses by building websites and driving leads to them. The successful candidate will join our Website Development Group and help manage our clients’ web development projects, and also build out WordPress sites utilizing designs from our Creative Team.

What you will be doing

Main responsibilities of the Web Development Project Manager fall under two areas, website project management and website development. Daily work can include, but is not limited to managing the production of client websites, coordinating and executing on the buildout of sites and completing tasks related to the support of our client’s websites. This position will be responsible for:

Project Management: 

• Manage, from start to finish, multiple web design and development projects
• Create sitemaps for Websites, Web applications, and Mobile APPS.
• Research and write documentation for Developers
• Quality assurance testing
• Communicate and collaborate with clients about their Website goals and suggest solutions and ideas that exceed their expectations.
• Organize and communicate priorities for the designers and developers so project milestones are met.
• Track and report on progress of projects. Prepare and maintain project plans as the project progresses. Identify issues or actions required in order to ensure "on-time, on-budget" delivery of projects. 
• Set realistic project timelines and manage projects to meet deadlines.

Website Development:

• Building and managing WordPress websites;
• Evaluating, installing, configuring, and customizing WordPress plugins;

• Managing website content, including creating and updating pages, building forms, and managing products;
• Managing website hosting, platform upgrades, SSL certificates, and DNS;
• Troubleshooting bugs, support tickets, and hosting issues.
• Assisting with website development project management

Requirements/Skills

• A minimum of 2 years client-facing website development / project management experience is required 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Must be a team player that also can work independently, escalating issues when appropriate
  
  
• Excellent front-end skills, including HTML and the use of CSS preprocessors and modern principles of JavaScript development
• Experience with JavaScript and associated frameworks (Vue, JQuery) a plus
• 2 years experience with WordPress implementation with custom themes and plugins
• Experience with Elementor and Divi builder. 
• 2 years experience in frontend languages (HTML, CSS) as well as creating and editing cross-browser, responsive websites
• 2 years experience in Javascript and associated frameworks (Vue, Jquery) a plus
  
  
• Experience coding landing pages and emails
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment
• Must be up-to-date and always learning about the latest technical standards and best practices in interactive design and development
• Exceptional and advanced organizational skills
• Good eye for website design
• Experience working remotely is preferred
