As a Retail Odyssey team member, you will partner with retailers to enhance the consumer shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong communication flow between all parties. You can support the team by providing the necessary tools to execute our services in an efficient manner with high-quality results.

What will I be doing?
As a Retail Odyssey Associate, you help ensure customer satisfaction by:
· Reset Activity, Shelf Conditioning and Schematics Completion
· Implement Plan-O-Grams with all items tagged and approved by store management
· Associates will be assigned various special projects by their supervisor
· Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
· Timely and accurate completion of paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Associate Skills Needed:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisor and clients
- Ability to work independently while following a list of projects
- Ability to periodically lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for 8 hours a day
- Ability to read a store Plan-o-Gram and pay attention to details (don’t worry, we can train you on Plan-o-Grams)
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
- Timely & consistent attendance
- Hard worker who likes to have fun
- Associates may be required to travel up to 2 hours a day. Cincinnati associates may travel as far as Maysville, KY. Dayton associates may travel as far as Troy, OH. Mileage reimbursement will be awarded per company policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
