What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Retina Consultants, Ltd?
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented team player to join our fast-paced ophthalmology practice as a medical receptionist.
Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing patient payments, organizing and scanning medical records, fielding internal requests for information, interacting with other facilities, and providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be able to work accurately and efficiently, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change, and thrive in a high energy environment. Computer experience is required. Medical experience is a plus.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with an hour lunch. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid-time-off, and uniform allowance.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
