As a Paid Search Lead, you'll report to the Director of Growth, bringing your experience to drive the success of our paid campaigns optimizing new customer acquisition while growing revenue through high efficient campaigns. You'll be mainly responsible from strategy to execution of paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, and support managing performance channels like affiliates and paid social.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategy across all search-based marketing channels (Google Ads, Bing)
- Conduct keyword research and optimization to identify relevant and high-performing keywords across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, supporting all product lines at Rev for both SMB and Enterprise
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative elements like landing pages to increase conversion
- Regularly monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for performance improvements in CAC:LTV ratio
- Adjust bid strategies, targeting parameters, and ad creatives based on data-driven insights and company priorities
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance
- Run periodic reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) and share insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with analytics to define attribution and reporting needs
- Support the management of other paid channels such as affiliates and social.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working with paid search and paid performance channels in digital industries
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
- Proficient in utilizing analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to work effectively across functions
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, CMS and AB test platforms
