On-Site Case Management Specialist – Medicaid Eligibility
RevCare, Inc. has an opening in Fairlawn. We are looking for self-motivated people who have strong customer service skills!
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing high quality, professional Client focused service as a Vendor partner in hospital settings, as well as in our main office. RevCare Specialists screen patients who have no insurance, Medicare only, or may have limited plans for additional ways to assist with their medical costs at a time when they need the help the most! RevCare also assists the patient through each process to obtain the benefits and assistance they qualify for from beginning to end.
Description:
Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
$12-16 per hour with a full benefit package (after 90 days)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
· High School diploma or GED required
· Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and/or customer service area preferred
· Must have basic computer skills, be able to multitask, and work independently as well as part of a team
· Daily attendance and dependability is a must
· Ability to apply knowledge of federal and state programs to benefit coverage for the patient
· Reliable transportation required, preferably a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
· Bilingual (Spanish) helpful

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
