Technical/Functional Skills
Must Have:
- Expert with performance media channels – search, social and programmatic for North America and EU
- Expertise with media planning and Ad operations for Commerce Media and retail media networks
- Deep understanding of retail eco-system related to digital marketing and operations.
- In-depth understanding of related martech and adtech. At least 5 years of experience with feed management platform like Google Merchant Center, Facebook Catalogs, GMP and related tools
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance and optimization
- Fluent with current retail media trends with an eye on market conditions and future direction
- Experience with managing large scale omni-channel media campaigns.
- Experience in complete media planning and ad operations life cycle activities.
- Skilled at communicating with senior stakeholders to manage strategy, planning and operations.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and cross function collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Technical knowledge of ad-tech as related to media and marketing operations.
- Experience with digital data strategy, architecture and solutions including CDP, DCR, customer data architecture, privacy, and fraud prevention.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, advanced analytics, and data modeling
- Knowledge of retail operations across functions and lines-of-business
Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external vendors by acting as the point of contact within Retail Media Marketing
- Support Consumer Business Group with strategic inputs to support opportunity analysis, scoping projects and recommend solutions.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve client objectives, goals and KPIs. Support cross-functional teams for channel strategy and operations including:
- Implementation of plans and briefs for retail media marketing opportunities through various retail media channels, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Assess, measure, and report the performance of all retail marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights in digital marketing. Test new campaigns and explore new paid and organic channels.

Salary: $120.00 - $130.00 per year
