Summary
Revel is seeking a Payroll Administrator to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day payroll needs. Payroll Admins are responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and the frontline operational workforce of Revel Rideshare HR. The Payroll Coordinator collects and verifies employee data, computes wages, and ensures employees receive correct payment on time.
Qualifications
- 1-2 year experience with hourly payroll
- Proficiency in Google Suite: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong administrative experience, technically savvy
- Detail Oriented: Multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good collaborator and task management. Ability to maintain professionalism and respect for team members.
- Experience in payroll system and database software (Ceridian Dayforce) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data within our HR system (Dayforce), ensuring a high degree of accuracy and within expected service level agreements.
- Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data. Process employee job profile and business title changes in Dayforce and correcting payroll errors.
- Reviewing and inputting wages, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements etc.
- Managing the driver referral program along with the HR team.
- Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
- Recording and maintaining employee records and payroll transactions including direct deposit.
- Answering questions and resolving issues regarding payroll.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
- Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Work in coordination with the Human Resources team.
- You are expected to consistently provide a high level of support to employees by responding to requests, questions and raising issues as necessary.
