What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Manager position at Revenue Media Group?
We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to provide high-level support to our executive team as it relates to their efforts in securing new marketing clients.
Responsibilities
- Attend sales meetings with perspective clients
- Assist in the creation of strategic marketing plans for new clients and prospects
- Draft marketing proposals and contracts, and correspond with prospects on finalizing agreements
- Keep track of meetings, contacts, and deadlines
- Work with operational teams to assign tasks needed to initial client accounts
- Assist in freeing up agency executives time for them to focus on sales
Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Support Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of marketing, public relations and digital media
- Proficient in Apple apps or Google Drive and content management systems is a plus
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired but not required
