What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountability Coach position at Reversing Neuropathy?
Join the Reversing Neuropathy team as an Accountability Coach and be part of a life-changing mission to help patients overcome a debilitating condition that many others cannot reverse. We are looking for a highly experienced, passionate individual who is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
As an Accountability Coach, your role will not only involve coaching and guidance, but also ensuring patients stay committed to their health programs as recommended by our doctors. Your key responsibility will be to hold patients accountable to their health and wellness commitments. This means ensuring they stick to their prescribed plans, follow the advice of our medical professionals, and make necessary lifestyle changes to achieve their health goals.
The nature of this role often calls for being forthright and candid with our patients. Even when difficult, you will need to deliver honest feedback to ensure patients understand the importance of adherence to their programs. If they deviate from the program, they might not achieve the results they desire, thus negating their reason for signing up.
With your expertise in diet, supplements, and equipment, you will guide patients on their journey to better health. Comprehensive training is provided, and you will have all the tools you need to succeed in this role. You will have the potential to grow into a lead accountability coach role and eventually mentor other accountability coaches at our company on what it takes to excel in this position. At Reversing Neuropathy, we are passionate about creating an inclusive and collaborative team culture. With coaching sessions taking place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. We provide ongoing training and support to help you achieve your career aspirations.
