Job Description:
ReVireo is looking for an individual to fill the salaried full-time position of Scheduling Coordinator. A Scheduling Coordinator will support the Project Managers and Scheduling Team in various administrative tasks to ensure project schedules, budgets, and scopes are met. The position will be performed either from ReVireo’s headquarters in Springfield NJ or while working from home.
Tasks of the Scheduling Coordinator will include varying details of project tracking, interfacing with clients daily, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting. Tasks largely have daily deadlines that must be met. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and enjoy interfacing with clients. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy to ensure a smooth-running office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence as needed (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate daily field/inspection schedules with staff and clients
- Generate, send, and track completion of daily inspection reports
- Setup inspection forms for field inspectors
- Follow inspection reporting procedures for various incentive programs
- Create and update records in our project management and client relations database
- Assist and support Project Managers and staff whenever necessary
Position Requirements:
- Able to start ASAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Works well independently and manages time efficiently
- Enjoys developing relationships with clients
- Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Is available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday
- Preferred by not required: Experience with Salesforce, Slack, & Box, any construction or energy efficiency related knowledge
