Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Advertising & SEO Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and more. You will oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and drive results through retargeting, geofencing, and other advanced techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, PPC, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns to further the mission of Revival Today.
- Implement and oversee geofencing and retargeting strategies to increase audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilize Google Ad Grants for non-profit campaigns and ensure effective use of the budget.
- Build comprehensive ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Perform detailed SEO audits and recommend changes to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and SEO, ensuring Revival Today remains a leader in digital evangelism.
- Manage and optimize Meta Business Pages for effective branding and ad campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, such as ROI, CPC, CTR, and keyword rankings.
- Collaborate with the pastoral and creative teams to align ad strategies with overall ministry goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, PPC, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, including both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Experience with geofencing and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Grants management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of campaign building, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Experience managing Meta Business Pages and optimizing them for ads and engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in using tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for SEO and ad campaign management.
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio for reporting.
