Outbound Partnership Agent
RevLocal is looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Outbound Partnership Agent who will collaborate with the Team Manager (and direct team) to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to small business owners for the purpose of scheduling meetings for the national sales teams.
In a typical day, you’ll focus on:
- Generating new business with our innovative use of technology and partnerships using leads provided to you (no prospecting on your own)
- Establishing initial communication to prospective leads, identifying their needs and pain points to better determine if they are the right fit for our digital marketing services
- Collaborating with members of the sales team to convey the needs of prospects (via our Salesforce CRM)
- Acquiring both Digital Marketing and sales technique knowledge
- Overcome objections and resistance encountered in the demo scheduling process
- Utilize the SalesForce CRM to enter updates and activity records
- Effectively communicate verbally and written so prospective leads will understand and consider our solutions
Other duties may include:
- Receiving and placing outbound calls from new members of the sales team to assist them with onboarding (e.g. equipment set up).
- Providing help desk support on base level tasks (e.g. password resets)
- Initiating and/or responding to calls from clients to alert them to any billing issues on their account

Desired Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional, friendly phone personality
- Proficient experience with MS Office, email
- 1 years of experience with outbound B2B sales or appointment setting in a call-center environment preferred
- Prior experience with SalesForce or other CRM software a plus
