Key Responsibilities:
- Working with our Practice Management Software
- Working directly face-to-face with our patients at check-in/check-out
- Communicating through emails, texts, and phone calls with our patients.
- Providing front office administrative assistance to our doctors, clinical team, and practice management/leadership.
- Maintaining our practice schedule and appointments
- Office supply ordering and inventory
- Provide top notch customer service at all times
- Working directly with our vendors, partners and suppliers
- Multi-lingual candidates may be eligible for a bonus
