Who we are: Founded in 2011 and in Chandler, Arizona, we are a family owned and operated, rapidly growing company.  We were recognized in 2023 by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce as one of the best large employers in Chandler.  Our primary location is a 159,000 square foot / 13-acre Fabrication and Coating Facility.  Our services include Civil Engineering, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Structural Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Steel Fabrication, and Industrial Coatings. We serve customers across the Southwest United States and have completed projects in Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, and Colorado.

Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. We are looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Forklift Operator with industrial experience. To be consider for this position you must have experience moving Heavy Equipment (Steel/Iron) with a High Capacity/Heavy Duty Forklift ranging from 15,000-50,000 pounds. This is not a warehouse position. Please do not apply if you do not have Heavy Duty Experience. This position is in the yard at our Fabrication Shop.

Day Shift = 5Days/10 Hour Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload Flatbed Trucks and Trailers
• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements

• Must pass a Drug Screen
• Must Have a Valid Forklift Certification
• OSHA Safety Certifications (preferred)
• Industrial Experience
• Must have experience moving Heavy Equipment (Steel/Iron) with a High Capacity/Heavy Duty Forklift
