What You Will Do:
Revv is looking for a Self-driven and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills to join the Finance team as a Billing Analyst. The Billing Analyst will identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to streamline processes that will boost efficiency and reduce costs. This person will also foster teamwork with staff, co-workers, operations, and customers by effectively communicating issues and actionable solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with ensuring QuickBooks and other subledger systems contains accurate data and complete records vital for producing final customers’ bills and statements that reflect contract terms.
- Assist with routine, yet critical, tasks related to preparation of customer bills.
- Assist with maintaining and preparing supporting documentation.
- Participate in reconciling applicable payment activity (such as credit card or cash/checks received) with bank, accounting and departmental statement(s).
- Apply mathematical and analytical skills in all aspects of the job, including researching variances in financial data/results.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable/Billing experience is required.
- Accounting knowledge
- Proven success in streamlining processes.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
