Handyman/Laborer

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to do home and yard projects. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general handyman skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Undertake light construction or carpentry
• WHILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH HANDYMAN SKILLS BUT MUCH OF YOUR JOB WILL BE ACTING AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT DRIVING AND RUNNING ERRANDS. AT TIMES YOU WILL JUST NEED TO BE AVAILABLE CERTAIN HOURS AND WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO STUDY, READ OR DO HOMEWORK ETC.

Skills

• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools
• Good communication ability

• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to get yourself to work 5 miles from Rexburg.
• Have a driver's license with good driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
