Rexa, Inc., an industry leading manufacturer of industrial automation equipment is looking for additional support for our IT Dept.
Responsibilities:
- Move/ remove and install all portable technology including desktops, laptops, switches, and wifi devices.
- Clean and maintain the physical characteristics of all technology including desktops, laptops, tablets and phones.
- Assist in the upgrading and cybersecurity of all technology.
- Assist in maintaining network information for all users, drives, and devices including virtual devices.
- Assist in installation of any/ all network software applications including Syteline, Solidworks, Office 365 and other packages.
- Assist in ERP activities including maintaining forms, maintaining/creating reports, and form modifications.
- Assist in knowledgesync and email event activities to ensure accurate distribution of reports and data
- Assist in other projects as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of college computer science or comparable certifications a strong plus
- Knowledge and comfort level with multiple forms of technology
- Knowledge in active directory / Microsoft office / windows administration / windows defender / cybersecurity a plus.
- Ability to lift computers and get into difficult spaces to connect/ disconnect technology.
