Are you a high performing, goal oriented individual with great organization skills? We have an opening for a Service Advisor in our Farley, IA location. We can teach you the job, but we can't teach you a sense of urgency. Our customers need a problem solver who understands when their equipment is down, they loose money and therefore, we repair their machines timely, accurately and with quality.
As our Service Advisor, you will begin your day with our Technicians, developing a game plan for the day and ensuring parts are ordered in a timely manner for the jobs at hand. Throughout the day, you will open and close work orders, take phone calls and update the service schedule as the technicians progress through the jobs. You will have Technicians reporting directly to you and will be running your own business within the walls of Rexco.
Our Service Advisors are the first line for customer relations and service representation providing timely follow-up to our customers. You will gain our customers' trust by providing honest and open communication, including the difficult conversations that are needed at times. Our Service Advisors are a critical component to our Service Department to keep the shop running smoothly.
We are looking for someone with project management skills, who likes a fast-paced environment. Must be a leader to support all departments for the betterment of Rexco and our customers. We are looking for someone with the mindset of ownership, who will consider this position their own business and act accordingly. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
