Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist role will be responsible for professionally responding and interfacing directly with inbound customer service calls of established accounts, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow up, and customer communication
- Interacting with multiple Reyes Beer Division (RBD) locations, the call center ensures that customer's needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
- A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each RBD Business Unit accordingly to provide information for daily business functions
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all customers in accordance to their issue/request
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age
- Microsoft Office and good computer expertise
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, self-starter able to work independently managing time appropriately along with strong organizational skills.
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
