We are hiring for Part-Time Assistant Office Manager for our Manufactured Home Community.
Schedule:
Part-Time Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm, weekends/holidays off. (25hours per week)
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with processing rent checks
-Answer questions tenants may have, both in person and on the phone
-Assist with processing various invoices
-Assist Manager with other various tasks they may delegate
Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-General computer skills
Benefits:
-Starting wages at $13.00 per hour.
-Direct Deposit Available
