ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets
- Clubhouse cleaning and set up
- Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen, exercise rooms, baths, etc.)
- Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
- Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc.
- Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixtures'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
