About this role:
The Part Time Retail Store Associate will play a critical role in the overall fan experience at RFK’s Team Store and Museum. Key areas of focus include: merchandise sales, order fulfillment, fan engagement. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Open, set up, operate and close the museum and team store
- Gatekeeper for all activity through the corporate office
- Create positive first impression for guests entering corporate office, greet fans, answer race-related or regional questions
- Oversee sales activity in retail store and RFKshop.com through Shopify software including order fulfillment, inventory, product replenishment, etc.
- Provide monthly/weekly store reports
- Assist with on-site events including but not limited to set-up and breakdown
Qualifications:
- Friendly and motivated
- Retail experience and familiarity of Shopify software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of the NASCAR industry is a plus
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Available 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (27 hours) weekly and special events as needed
