The Role
The Recruiter role at RFX is perfect for an individual who has always wanted to get into recruiting. No experience is required and this will be an entry level role. You will be recruiting for all 3 of our offices (Houston, Tampa, Boston) as well as assisting our asset division in recruiting drivers.
General Responsibilities
- Managing our job postings to ensure accuracy and proper language to attract more candidates
- Work closely different employment companies and university career sites
- Negotiation and management of Internship Agreements with Universities
- Founding and continued management of a summer internship program
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
- Headhunting Experienced Logistics Professionals - identifying and approaching suitable candidates with experience
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the open roles we are looking to fill
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and presenting the candidate to the hiring manager
- Briefing all candidate about the responsibilities of the role, the salary and benefits of the job in question and the culture of RFX|REFE

- Prior recruiting experience is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn and Indeed)
- Ability to problem solve, think quickly and make educated business decisions
- Highly motivated with the ability to aggressively pursue and close business
- Superior written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
