Quality Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:
- Review PPAP submission packages to customers on first run parts.
- Prepare and maintain the FMEA s, process flow diagrams and process control plans
- Deals with customers and suppliers on quality concerns
- Prepare documentation and conduct training sessions on quality issues & continuous improvement
- Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with suppliers
Required:
- Experience in creating & reviewing PPAP s
- Knowledge and practical application of engineering principles, quality tools and methods such as Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, ISO 9001, etc.
- Experience in PFMEA required.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred but not required
