What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Busser position at RH Charlotte?
RH is seeking a Food Runner to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of the expediting station.
- Provide perfectly poured coffee, tea, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu
- Run food and beverages to tables, interacting with guests to ensure they feel welcomed
- Learn all food and beverage offerings, including: ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service; explain all food and beverage items listed on the menu
- Answer guest questions with regards to the property, and connect guests with appropriate RH associates to assist with other services
- Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate
REQUIREMENTS
- Proper alcohol and food certifications specific to State Laws
- Must be of legal age per state law to serve alcohol
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with Micros or a similar POS system
- Knowledgeable of coffee program
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
