As a Scheduling Associate, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a luxury delivery experience of furniture and accessories to our customers’ homes. This role will provide our customers with an elevated experience through timely phone and email communications. This opportunity is to work onsite.

Our Requirements
- Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or in-home delivery experience highly desired
- Strong oral, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communication
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and motivated to find solutions in ambiguous environments or new scenarios
- Resilient in the face of adversity with the ability to excel under pressure
- Proficient technical ability: familiarity with Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours
