The purpose of the role is to grow our Company’s presence in the market through developing, retaining and managing a designated portfolio of existing agents. Tapping into the potential of those agents is what our Field Support Team does: they identify growth opportunities, make sure our agents know how to use our systems, arrange additional advertising material to attract more customers or simply give the guidance on who to contact technical or other type of support to help with arising issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
- Sell to potential agents and recruit 4-6 new Agents every month
- Achieve and exceed the monthly transactions target
- Use solid financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective agent
- Manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, conducting presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the sign-up, set-up, all necessary training and provide the point of sell material to Agents
- Develop strong relationships and provide solutions wherever challenges may arise to ensure long term loyalty to Ria Financial
- Monitor FX daily for new accounts
- Complete and submit weekly reports regarding expansion efforts, transactions volume, business development and competition intelligence
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Spend most of the time (90%) recruiting new agents
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:
- Associates, Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of successful outside sales experience
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development and account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
- Prefer candidates to reside in Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV
- Must possess experience in cold calling, product demonstration and selling products or services
- Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law
- Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
- The key characteristics this individual must possess are strong interpersonal skills, works well under no supervision, self-motivated and time management
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior money transfer or money service business experience

Salary: The base range in for this position is $45-55k generous commission. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
